This group plays a pivotal role in our area by supporting hundreds of thousands of doctors in 9+ countries.We actively invest in AI and R&D to build smarter, scalable tools for doctors. As an Engineering Manager, you'll support AI integration in products, foster experimentation and prototyping, and collaborate with Data Science and Product teams to drive innovation through data.RoleAs an Engineering Manager in this group, you ll be fully responsible and accountable for managing your team(s), ensuring predictable, high-quality delivery with high operational standards. You ll also actively partner with your Product and UX counterparts to shape the direction of our area and the company as a whole.We are committed to continuous improvement, open feedback, and working efficiently towards our goals. This role provides an opportunity to influence the strategic direction of the area while receiving mentorship and support as needed.Our tech stack at Docplanner Tech includes .Net, PHP, and Vue/ReactNative, running on Kubernetes in AWS.
