You'll lead a team of talented engineers, balancing hands-on technical guidance with people management responsibilities. Build, lead, and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance on technical growth, career development, and best practices.

Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and create individual development plans that support each engineer's career trajectory.

Provide technical leadership and guidance on using best practices to review code, adhering to designs to ensure quality, and considering scalability and maintainability.

Partner with Product and Design teams to define project scope, priorities, and technical requirements.

Drive sprint planning, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features and improvements.
