About the Role:
We’re looking for an Employer Brand Program Manager to lead and evolve how our story is told to the world. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, responsible for shaping a compelling, differentiated narrative and bringing it to life through exceptional content and experiences. You will operate as the owner of the employer brand program, partnering across the company to ensure we consistently attract and engage top talent. This role is ideal for someone who is both a storyteller and a builder. Someone who knows how to create content that resonates, and how to align stakeholders to deliver it at scale.
The work you do will directly shape how we attract the people who will define the future of Hims & Hers. Because we are fully remote, we have the opportunity to access exceptional talent anywhere. This role ensures we show up in a way that reflects that ambition, with an employer brand that is as strong and differentiated as the company we are building.
You Will:
Own and evolve the Hims & Hers employer brand strategy, ensuring a clear, differentiated narrative that resonates with top talent across key functions
Lead content creation as a core pillar of the role, developing high quality, insight driven content across channels including social, careers site, campaigns, and recruiting materials
Partner closely with Recruiting, Marketing, Communications, and business leaders to translate company priorities into compelling talent narratives
Build and manage an always-on content engine that highlights our people, mission, and impact in a way that feels authentic and distinctive
Develop targeted campaigns for critical hiring areas, especially technical and product roles, aligned to business priorities
Actively explore and experiment with AI and data tools across employer brand, uncovering talent audience insights, monitoring candidate sentiment, and analyzing competitor positioning, always pushing toward step-change impact and not just efficiency gains
Elevate and continuously improve the careers site experience, ensuring it reflects our brand, values, and opportunities with clarity and depth
Define and activate our social strategy for talent, including organic and paid approaches across key platforms
Enable recruiters and hiring leaders with tools, messaging, and content that strengthen how we represent Hims & Hers in every candidate interaction
Partner with People and leadership teams to surface and amplify real stories from across the company
Establish and track clear metrics to measure brand awareness, engagement, and impact on hiring outcomes, using insights to continuously refine the strategy
You Have:
5+ years of experience in employer brand, content, or talent marketing roles, ideally within high growth or tech driven companies
Exceptional content creation skills with a strong point of view on what makes storytelling effective across formats and channels
Demonstrated curiosity and hands-on experience with AI tools, with a track record of pushing beyond basic use cases to find new ways technology can elevate strategy, content, and candidate experience
Proven ability to translate complex company narratives into clear, compelling, and differentiated messaging
Strong cross-functional partnership skills with experience working closely with recruiting, marketing, and senior stakeholders
Experience building or scaling employer brand programs, including campaigns, content strategies, and careers site optimization
High level of ownership and accountability, with the ability to operate independently and drive initiatives end-to-end
Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform strategy and measure impact
Strong judgment and taste, with a focus on quality, consistency, and authenticity in how the brand shows up
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment where priorities can shift quickly
Our Benefits (there are more but here are some highlights):
Competitive salary & equity compensation for full-time roles
Unlimited PTO, company holidays, and quarterly mental health days
Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental & vision, and parental leave
Employee Stock Purchase Program (ESPP)
401k benefits with employer matching contribution
Offsite team retreats
