Full Job Description

This is a remote position. PHILIPPINE-BASED FILIPINO APPLICANTS We re looking for a versatile eLearning/Education Content Creator/Designer who can blend creative content development with strong coordination skills to enhance the digital and student experience. The ideal candidate will be hands-on in building online courses, creating engaging learning materials, and managing student support tasks within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Responsibilities Educational Design & Content Creation Design, develop, and maintain eLearning modules using Thinkific, Articulate 360, Rise, or Captivate. Create and edit digital learning content, including graphics, slides, videos, and assessments. Use Canva and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually engaging course materials and promotional assets. Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of learning content. Digital & Student Experience Coordination Manage the day-to-day operation of online courses and events, ensuring a smooth learner journey. Provide administrative support for course enrolments, schedules, and event coordination. Communicate with students and stakeholders regarding upcoming sessions, updates, and requirements. Maintain and update student records in the CRM and LMS. Support website content updates and event promotions through platforms such as Umbraco or similar CMS tools. Continuous Improvement Collect feedback from students and facilitators to improve course delivery and engagement. Stay current with digital learning trends, tools, and best practices to enhance the learning experience. Requirements Background in Instructional Design, Education, Digital Media, or a related field. Experience with Thinkific or similar LMS platforms. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and Articulate 360 / Rise / Captivate. A portfolio of your sample works is required Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Detail-oriented and proactive with a learner-first mindset. Experience working within an education, training, or professional development environment. Comfort with fast-paced, remote work settings. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and genuine interest in improving learner experiences. Work Environment & Expectations While this is a work-from-home position, it is important to note that this is a full-time role not a freelance or flexible-hour arrangement. You will be expected to work a fixed shift and maintain a high level of professionalism and accountability, just as you would in an office environment.
