Reporting to the General Counsel and collaborating with a small, high-impact legal team, you ll lead commercial contracting and provide counsel across SaaS transactions, data privacy, and emerging technologies such as AI and fintech. This role will also touch areas like M&A, regulatory compliance, product development, and international expansion ideal for an agile attorney eager to take on a broad, strategic scope.You ll serve as a trusted advisor across the organization, driving contract negotiations, mitigating risk, and ensuring operational excellence while enabling innovation and speed. The role demands both hands-on execution and high-level strategic thinking, blending legal rigor with business pragmatism.The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of legal experience across law firm and in-house environments, with deep expertise in SaaS contracting, data protection, and privacy law (CCPA, GDPR). Experience in fintech/payments, marketing, or commercial litigation is a plus.
