Full Job Description
The Director, Home Care Sales and Operations is part of our Commercial Operations team, reporting directly to the General Manager of Home Care. They are responsible for leading key high-visibility projects end-to-end. These projects help make the sales advisors more productive and efficient and home care product experience relevant to families to improve our bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the interface between sales, product, customer service and tech teams. Strong cross-functional collaboration experience
Hands-on execution experience, not exclusively strategic work
Be a strategic problem solver, owning the feedback loop, tying macro mechanics and economics of APFM together to prioritize initiatives
Able to see the forest through the trees and not get drowned out in minutia
Results, data and outcome focused. Strong analytical acumen, advanced Excel and basic SQL
Strong storytelling and presentation skills
Partner with business leaders and product and tech to make progress on our AI product transformation
Oversee the company’s internal CRM including working with business owners and Product / Tech to improve the functionality, and manage the development funnel and prioritization process
With a data-driven mentality, use analyses to come up with insights and then recommendations on how to improve processes and make them more efficient
Have a UX-mindset to problem solve how technology improvements could make home care more efficient + work with the product manager to identify and solve any technology issues occurring to individuals within the organization; UX/Product experience is a plus. Work closely with Product and Tech to bring to life.
Work with tech Product and Technology, as well as Tech Support, to identify and solve any technology issues occurring to individuals within the home care organization.
Strong background in managing/leading projects, in terms of figuring out what needs to be done and “making it happen.” Manage end-to-end responsibility for project management life cycle from requirements definition to deployment, along with issue and risk management
Be structured in their thinking on how to problem solve (e.g. what are all possible options and recommending the most practical solution to move forward with)
Partner with our recruiting team and Home Care Operations team to identify staffing goals, determine most appropriate location for future hires and coordinate with recruiters to ensure that positions are filled in a timely manner
Partner with business and training teams to ensure that onboarding and ongoing training aligns with our sales processes and standard operating procedures
Ensure that the leaders have adequate reporting on sales metrics, and help develop any new or supplemental reporting needed
Clarify and prioritize any ad-hoc analysis or data pull requests, and ensure the business analysts are clear on their priorities and can meet the timelines set for each analysis
Help lead or support any initiatives or special projects that directly or indirectly impact the home care organization
Develop strong relationships, cross functionally throughout the organization

Required Skills and Competencies
5+ years’ work experience with minimum 1 year of project management experience and minimum 1 year of heavy analytical/consulting work experience
Exceptional quantitative skills including the ability to analyze and interpret data
Demonstrated project management or program management skills and experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills; the ability to manage multiple and diverse stakeholders across businesses and leadership levels
Ability to work as part of a team and on own initiative
UX/Product experience is a plus
Advanced SQL Experience is a plus
Six Sigma/Lean is a plus
Strategy/Management Consulting experience
Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
Advanced degree preferred

Base Salary: $155,000-$1175,000
