This role will collaborate with leadership and existing SME experts within our lines of service to evaluate and recommend training initiatives to align with best practices. Additionally, the role will focus on the development and expansion of programs to include new skill-based, compliance and professional development training across our global organization. You will be the sole architect—assessing, strategizing, and executing– while collaborating with all units of our organization.
