Full Job Description

About you

You are a creative, collaborative web developer who thrives on building engaging, interactive websites for a global audience. You have experience designing and developing responsive web experiences, skilled in Figma, Webflow, and comfortable coding for headless architectures. You know how to bring multi-country, multi-language sites to life, prioritizing user experience, accessibility, SEO, and performance. You enjoy working with marketing, product, and design teams to deliver impactful content for enterprise buyers.

About us

We are on a simple, yet daring mission: revolutionize the modern procurement software industry, and, dare we say, make it delightful. Delightful procurement.

Founded in 2022, Levelpath is a mobile-first platform that is powered by AI. We believe in software that is thoughtfully engineered to solve problems and drive progress. The opportunity is huge, as the procurement market today is $11.5 billion and it is growing quickly. Our founding team has a track record of building successful companies, and we’re backed by visionary Silicon Valley venture capital firms. We are focused on delivering delightful user experiences to all stakeholders. Our vision is to future-proof our customers’ procurement function, and make enterprises of any size faster, safer, and more transparent.

This is a fulltime position that will be based out of our New York Headquarters 5-days a week.

Key responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and deploy responsive, multi-country and multi-language web pages, landing pages, and interactive brand experiences for levelpath.com and digital campaigns.

  • Implement and optimize internationalization features: language selectors, country-specific content, localization-ready architecture, and best practices for URL and SEO structures (e.g. hreflang tags, subdirectories for regions).

  • Collaborate across marketing, product, and design teams to maintain and deploy a robust component library and design tokens in Figma, ensuring brand consistency and efficiency.

  • Evolve and customize landing pages, blog posts, and gated content for regional audiences, making content easy to update for marketers worldwide.

  • Partner to translate messaging and product features into compelling, localized web experiences; use feedback and analytics to refine for conversion and engagement.

  • Monitor and report daily on optimization, accessibility, cross-device compatibility, and AI/search-engine readiness, including multilingual SEO.

  • Document and train teammates on multi-country workflows and internationalization standards.

  • Support asset production, QA, design updates, and implement CRO experiments that increase engagement and conversions.

What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years of experience building narrative-driven, headless websites in Webflow, and Figma, with examples of global or multi-country sites.

  • Able to develop end-to-end—from idea to deployment—without hand-off to engineering.

  • Skilled at adding custom code (React, TypeScript, etc.) to extend platform functionality.

  • Familiarity with accessibility standards, performance optimization, SEO, and internationalization best practices (URL structures, translation workflows, local schema data).

  • Experience implementing localization, language selectors, and region-based content using Webflow Localization or similar tools.

While not required, it is an added plus if you have:

  • Experience at an early-stage SaaS startup

  • Experience with motion graphics, 3D elements or conversion‑rate optimization

Benefits

  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k

  • Commuter benefits

  • In-office snacks and Friday team lunches

  • Team-driven happy hours and celebrations

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $130,000-165,000
