This is a high-impact, cross-functional role perfect for a data-driven marketer who loves combining creative strategy with measurable results. You ll own campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.What You ll DoDesign and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, etc.) to drive qualified leads.Partner closely with Sales and RevOps to define, track, and optimize lead flow and funnel metrics.Manage paid programs (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and continually refine targeting, messaging, and ROI.Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling assets and nurture programs.Experiment with new channels and growth levers to accelerate pipeline creation.What We re Looking For4 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.Proven track record in generating and converting pipeline for enterprise or SaaS products.Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.Data-driven mindset with comfort owning and communicating key performance metrics.Startup DNA you re resourceful, fast-moving, and hands-on.Bonus PointsExperience in AI, automation, or CCaaS/voice tech industries.Familiarity with account-based marketing and lifecycle nurture strategies.Founded in Berlin in 2023 by serial entrepreneurs Albert Astabatsyan, Hakob Astabatsyan, and Sassun Mirzakhan-Saky, Synthflow AI democratizes access to advanced voice AI with a no-code platform that lets enterprises easily create, deploy and scale natural-sounding, cost-effective voice agents tailored to their business needs.
