Role:
We are hiring the first member of our new Deal Desk team in India. This role will lay the foundation for how deals are processed globally. You will manage the end-to-end deal desk workflow — intake, pricing preparation, documentation, and handoff — while ensuring speed, accuracy, and compliance.
This is not a legal or negotiation-heavy role. Instead, it is a process-focused operator role: you will run deals according to established policies, document and standardize workflows, and set the stage for scaling a larger team.
This is a hybrid, Bengaluru based role.
Responsibilities:
Process deal requests from intake to final documentation, ensuring ≥90% delivered within SLA (target: one business day).
Apply approved pricing rules and contract templates with zero critical errors; escalate exceptions per defined workflows.
Prepare and finalize order forms and SOWs in coordination with Legal.
Maintain accurate and auditable records in the system of record (Ironclad or equivalent).
Create and maintain SOPs, templates, and training materials for deal processing.
Partner with Sales, Finance, and Legal to ensure smooth, consistent deal execution.
Contribute to process improvements and automation opportunities to increase efficiency.
Help onboard and train future team members as the Deal Desk function scales.
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in a process-driven operational role (Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Order Management, Revenue Operations, or Finance Operations).
Experience in high-volume, SLA-driven environments (BPO, shared services, or global ops teams).
Strong attention to detail and ability to catch errors in pricing, bundles, or contract terms.
Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to document processes, SOPs, and templates.
Familiarity with Salesforce, contract lifecycle management tools (Ironclad or similar), or equivalent workflow systems.
A service-oriented mindset — views AEs and stakeholders as internal customers and delivers accordingly.
Perks:
Employer paid group health insurance for you and your dependents
401(k) plan with employer match (or equivalent for non US-based roles)
Flexible paid time off
Regular company-wide in-person events
Home office stipend, and more!
Corporate Values:
Follow Through
Deep Understanding
Whatever It Takes
Do Something Smart
