(Network Smart Hands)Working technical knowledge, in order to address service work orders, for PCs, laptops, cabling, televisions, projectors, phones, peripherals and site security equipmentStrong verbal and written communication skills (e.g. reporting), with the ability to run workshops for information collationWorks on projects of moderately medium-complex scope, and able to work with intercompany teamsExercises independent judgment within defined practices and proceduresAssist with support of data center and application architectureAssist with troubleshooting basic network issues and understands the administering of switches, routers, and firewalls with the assistance of the Nutanix Remote Resolver TeamKnowledge of backup, tape, and exchange infrastructuresTypically, 2-5 years of experienceAbility to assist with configuring routers and switches under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team.Assist with the integration and customization of hardware components on operating system and networks under the guidance of the Nutanix remote resolver team'9. Training Partner FEs are required to complete a 1-hour online training course on basic Nutanix hardware replacement processes, provided free of charge by Hemmersbach which includes a short 20 question test. FE must have a pass rate above 90% in order to be a Qualified Technician.
