Role DescriptionWe re looking for a Video Content Design Intern to support the creation and maintenance of customer-facing educational videos. In this role, you ll work closely with content designers, multimedia partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to help update, organize, and publish video tutorials and learning content across Dropbox s education platforms.You ll contribute to projects that keep our video library accurate, easy to navigate, and helpful at scale. This is a hands-on opportunity to learn how educational content is planned, produced, reviewed, and maintained for a global audience. You ll gain experience working within established production workflows while developing your video editing, visual storytelling, and project coordination skills.In our Virtual First work culture, you ll connect with with Dropboxers virtually and in-person to build the foundation of a strong professional network. As a Summer intern, you will also have the opportunity to attend our Emerging Talent Summit, where participants from our intern and early-career programs come together in person to build lasting relationships, explore learning and development opportunities, and prepare for their career journey ahead.For Summer 2026, we offer two start dates culminating in a 12-week internship:May 26 - August 14, 2026June 30 - Sep 18, 2026ResponsibilitiesSupport the creation, updating, and publishing of educational video and multimedia contentAssist with scripting, editing, organizing, and preparing learning assets for multiple platforms and distribution surfacesLearn and follow established production workflows, templates, and best practicesHelp maintain and organize a centralized library of customer education content, including updates and review cyclesParticipate in content reviews and incorporate feedback from cross-functional stakeholdersSupport content quality, consistency, and scalability initiatives, including basic audits to identify outdated or duplicate assetsAssist with tracking content performance and engagement, contributing to insights that inform future improvementsRequirementsCurrently pursuing a degree or a recent graduate in Multimedia, Communications, Film, Design, Marketing, Education, or a related field completed by Spring 2028Interest in content creation, visual storytelling, and digital mediaBasic experience creating video or digital content through coursework, personal projects, or internshipsFamiliarity with video or social platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, or similarUnderstanding of how titles, thumbnails, and descriptions influence video engagementCuriosity about how AI tools or automation can support content creation workflowsStrong attention to detail, clear communication skills, and ability to learn and follow established guidelinesPreferred QualificationsExperience editing video using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, including basic cuts, audio cleanup, and exportingExperience creating screen recordings or instructional videos using tools like Loom or similarFamiliarity with preparing content for review and publicationComfort using collaboration and project management tools Interest in contributing ideas to improve video clarity, engagement, or organizationCompensationCompensationCanada Pay Range$1 $1 CAD
