Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Location: Remote. Full-time
Compensation: $1,000/month

We are looking for a Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer support via email, chat, and phone. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, chat, and phone
Troubleshoot common issues and provide clear guidance to customers

Maintain records of interactions and track customer feedback
Qualifications:
