Customer Support Representative, Intuit TurboTax (Remote - US only)

If you love working from home but still want to connect with people face-to-face, this role might be perfect for you!   In this role, you will assist customers with software navigation, help customers locate prior returns and amendments, and escalate calls when necessary. You will assist customers via various support channels including phone support with video chat capability and traditional chat support. **No prior tax experience required to apply. Earnings Potential Earn up to $0.30/talk minute ($0.31 bilingual Spanish/English) - additional incentives available Contractors on this program who meet or exceed key metrics earn on average the equivalent of $18/hour during peak times + incentives. Contractors must also successfully pass a criminal background check. Contractual Relationship: The relationship between you and Working Solutions is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of this program assignment. Working Solutions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Working Solutions.
