Want to learn more? Read our story.About The RoleWorldly is seeking a Customer Success Coordinator who will be responsible for managing customers supplier lists and verifying data accuracy. Responsibilities will also include data entry, sending templated emails, and translating data to different platforms. The Customer Success Coordinator will report to the Customer Success Manager and will work with other members of the Customer Success team. The ideal candidate is capable of working with large data sets and is detail-oriented. They are interested in retail supply chains and ESG reporting.What You'll DoManage and maintain detailed record keeping of our customers supplier/vendor lists; maintain and update supplier data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within time limits on a recurring basisCompile, verify accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for software platform importReview data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the outputImport data to our platform and CRM, on behalf of customersSend templated emails on behalf of customersStore completed work in designated locations and perform backup operationsRespond to queries for information and access relevant filesComply with data integrity and security policiesWe'd Like to SeeData entry work experience (preferred), Experience with MS Office and data programsProficiency in data management tasks utilizing tools like Excel, Google Sheets, etc.Accuracy and attention to detail is essentialPropensity to problem-solve proactively, and find solutions for potential problems or errors that have been identifiedAbility to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speedExcellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuationIt Helps If You HaveExperience with HubSpot or other CRM technologies will be especially beneficialExperience with Slack and Asana1+ years of technical SaaS environment product support experienceBachelor's degreeKnowledge of retail supply chainsInterest in ESG reportingWhat We Can Offer YouComprehensive benefits offerings. 90% employee premium are covered by WorldlyCompany-sponsored 401k with up to 4% matchIncentive Stock Options100% Parental Paid Leave for US-based employeesUnlimited PTOPaid company holidaysLife at WorldlyOur team is motivated to transform the way products are made.
