Responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative:

Customer Support & CommunicationRespond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and social media (Instagram and Facebook).Handle order inquiries, replacements, returns, and tracking updatesAssist customers with troubleshooting (e.g., helping them place orders)Set up and optimize Gorgias for centralized ticket handlingHelp develop FAQs, templates, and SOPs to streamline supportUphold brand tone and voice: authentic, upbeat, and personable
Order ManagementMonitor and process orders via Shopify to ensure accuracy and timely deliveryValidate shipping addresses and resolve any order discrepanciesLiaise with fulfillment to ensure smooth processing no micromanagement needed
Social Media & EngagementHandle order-related DMs and comment replies with an upbeat, brand-consistent voiceGradually expand into community engagement once brand voice mastery is establishedBring ideas for TikTok content or influencer outreach as the brand grows
System Setup & ImprovementSupport the setup of AI tools (like ChatGPT) to replicate brand tone and automate repliesTrack recurring issues, gather customer feedback, and suggest process improvements
