Assist customers with account issues, transaction inquiries, and general banking questions efficiently and accurately. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records in accordance with company protocols. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex inquiries and ensure that customer concerns are addressed comprehensively. Stay informed about the company's services, updates, and technology to provide accurate information to customers. Engage proactively with customers to enhance their banking experience and ensure their satisfaction. Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay up-to-date with the latest fintech innovations. Requirements Fluency in Portuguese and strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing. Experience in customer service or banking is preferred, particularly in a tech-driven environment. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset to deliver high-quality service. Strong communication skills allowing effective engagement with customers from diverse backgrounds. Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for accurate record-keeping. A keen interest in technology and banking innovations will be an advantage. Benefits Performance bonus.
