Full Job Description

Omni supports many clients in a variety of industries, including many of the Fortune 500. Omni is looking to contract with qualified independent contractors who will provide phone and customersupport services. If you contract with Omni, you ll interact with customersprimarilythrough inbound phone calls andpossiblychat/email, helping them with all their needs.

Schedule: Majority of available hours are during weekdays and daytime = Opportunity to create a schedule that works best for you (within client / contract hours of operation)

Earnings & Revenue: = Earnings vary by client, ranging from $14 to $20 per hour = Revenue is determined by your phone status when assisting customers > Additional incentives can beavailable based on Omni andclient minimum targets

Must-HaveSkills for Successful Contractors: = Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care > Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills > Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor =L Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset =i = Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software.

You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with Omni. Omni Interactions will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with Omni Interactions. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against Omni Interactions hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits or employee benefits of any kind.
