About the Role
As a Customer Enablement Trainer, you’ll play a critical role in activating customers and accelerating time-to-value. You’ll design and deliver impactful training experiences that translate Latent’s AI-powered platform into intuitive, real-world clinical and operational workflows.
You’ll work directly with clinicians, pharmacists, operational leaders, and IT teams — helping them confidently adopt Latent and drive measurable outcomes. This role sits at the intersection of product, implementation, and customer success, partnering closely with Implementation, Account Management, Sales/Partnerships, Product, and Clinical teams.
What You’ll Do
Training Delivery & Facilitation
Lead live virtual and onsite training sessions across clinical and operational user groups
Deliver role-based enablement that drives proficiency and reinforces best practices
Facilitate hands-on product walkthroughs, Q&A sessions, and office hours
Own go-live training execution to ensure customer readiness and successful launches
Curriculum & Content Development
Create engaging training materials including decks, quick-start guides, videos, e-learning modules, and workflow job aids
Customize training based on clinical workflows, customer use cases, and user roles
Partner with Product and Product Marketing to keep training content aligned with product releases
Customer Readiness & Adoption
Serve as a product expert across Latent’s features, workflows, and applied use cases
Assess customer training needs and recommend the right mix of live and asynchronous learning
Collect feedback and iterate on training programs to continuously improve quality and impact
Support adoption goals by reinforcing key behaviors and success metrics post-implementation
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with Implementation and Account Management to align training with customer goals
Share frontline insights to inform product improvements and enablement strategy
Collaborate with Clinical and Technical teams to ensure training is accurate, compliant, and healthcare-grade
What You Bring
Experience
3–6+ years in customer enablement, training, or education within SaaS, healthcare technology, digital health, or clinical operations
Experience training clinicians or healthcare operational users strongly preferred
Background in implementation, customer success, or clinical education is a plus
Skills
Exceptional facilitator who can engage audiences with clarity, confidence, and empathy
Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities
Ability to simplify complex AI-driven workflows into intuitive experiences
Excellent communication and storytelling skills
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
