Thrive (Shopventory Inc., DBA Thrive) exists to help retailers and merchants run a healthy business by offering inventory management and reporting tools they need to make informed decisions.The product is robust. So we're looking for generally awesome people to help us out! = In the Thrive Customer Care Team, you'll be helping our customers (and prospective customers) navigate our system via live chat, email, phone and video calls. RequirementsBefore you proceed: This position is part time. We are looking for someone who can work 25 hours/week, preferably 5 hours/day Monday through Friday during which time your focus will be assisting customers. A major plus is being able to work until 8 pm ET Monday through Friday.
