What You Will Do

  • Analyze gaming economy health and player behavior to identify revenue optimization opportunities

  • Partner with CRM teams to design, track, and analyze campaigns, building player segmentation models to maximize lifetime value

  • Develop advanced Tableau and Looker dashboards plus automated reports for real-time player lifecycle visibility

  • Translate data science models into actionable monetization solutions for leadership

  • Validate features via A/B testing and statistical analysis to champion a testing culture

  • Forecast impacts of gamification features on engagement and spend, then measure results

What We Need

  • Gaming industry experience in BI/data analysis for monetization, gamification, or CRM analytics

  • Proven support for CRM teams on reporting and lifecycle strategies

  • Advanced SQL for large-scale data, plus Tableau, Looker, or Power BI visualization skills

  • Knowledge of player behavior, virtual economies, and gamification mechanics

  • Strong communication to deliver clear recommendations to non-technical stakeholders

  • Proactive problem-solving for trends and data integrity
