Full Job Description

Immigration Attorney – Corporate Practice

📍 Remote (U.S.-based) | Full-Time | $130K–$250K

Hiring at all experience levels — Associate through Senior

Corporate immigration done right is genuinely complex work. Manifest Law is hiring attorneys for our employer practice at every level — from associates learning the craft to senior attorneys running full client portfolios and building toward practice leadership.

What you'll work on:

The full employer immigration spectrum — H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, PERM, EB-2/EB-3 green cards, E-1/E-2 — for companies ranging from funded startups to large enterprises. Complexity and autonomy scale with your experience. The standard doesn't.

What makes this different:

At most firms, attorneys spend a significant portion of their time on coordination rather than legal work. At Manifest, the platform handles that:

  • Automated workflows manage attorney ↔ paralegal ↔ client handoffs so nothing falls through and you're never chasing status

  • Smart draft tracking benchmarks your filings and builds a feedback loop — you get better with every case

  • Unified context hub consolidates every email, meeting note, and portal update into one place per matter — full case context, always, without digging through inboxes

You practice law. The platform handles the rest.

How the model works:

You control your caseload intensity. A focused, selective portfolio earns a strong, stable income. A more aggressive one earns significantly above market. The lever is yours — with one condition: every client you take on gets Manifest's standard. Aggressive SLAs, rigorous legal work, and the proactive communication that makes HR teams trust their outside counsel.

The career path is explicit:

  • Associates build hands-on experience on real employer matters with direct mentorship

  • Mid-level attorneys grow into full client ownership and strategic advisor skills

  • Senior attorneys operate autonomously, mentor junior colleagues, and develop toward practice leadership

  • The destination, for those who want it, is Practice Ownership — earning $200K–$1M+

What we're looking for, at every level:

Associate (0–3 years): Strong research and writing skills, organized and responsive work style, genuine interest in employer immigration. Paralegal, clinic, or corporate law background a plus.

Mid-Level (3–6 years): Hands-on H-1B, PERM, or intracompany transfer experience; comfort working directly with HR contacts; proactive ownership approach.

Senior (6+ years): Deep expertise across the employer immigration spectrum; ability to serve as a trusted strategic advisor to client HR and Legal leadership; drive toward practice leadership.

Across all levels:

  • J.D. and active U.S. bar admission (or awaiting results for associates)

  • Full commitment to Manifest's SLAs and quality standards

  • Self-motivated, organized, deadline-driven

  • Communication that client-side HR teams find clear, proactive, and trustworthy

Compensation: $130,000–$250,000. Base scales with experience. Bonus scales with your output and quality. Path to $200K–$1M+ at practice leadership.
