The Role
We’re hiring exceptional Immigration Attorneys for our corporate practice who are passionate about execution and committed to redefining how business immigration is delivered. At Manifest Law, you’ll join a next-generation, tech-enabled law firm built for efficiency, transparency, and remarkable client experience.
This is corporate immigration done differently. You’ll be supported by advanced technology, deep operational infrastructure, and case production resources, empowering you to focus on legal strategy, client relationships, and high-quality casework rather than administrative drag.
You’ll manage a wide portfolio of corporate immigration matters, with significant responsibility for owning and growing relationships with corporate clients, including HR leaders, talent teams, founders, and executives. We’re looking for attorneys who thrive in a high-volume, high-ownership environment and who bring substantial experience navigating the full range of corporate case types: PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, and extraordinary ability visas, among others.
This role can be fully remote, and candidates may be based anywhere in the U.S.
What' You'll Do
Corporate Immigration Casework
Lead matters end-to-end across core corporate categories: PERM, H-1B, L-1, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and other employment-based filings.
Prepare, review, and file immigration petitions, applications, and supporting evidence with exceptional accuracy.
Client Relationship Ownership
Serve as the primary, trusted point of contact for corporate clients, including HR teams, people operations leaders, and foreign national employees.
Manage ongoing corporate accounts, ensuring a consistent, high-touch client experience.
Advise business stakeholders on immigration strategy, risk, timelines, and best practices.
High-Volume Case & Workflow Management
Oversee a substantial caseload while maintaining precision and timeliness.
Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other USCIS correspondence with strategic, persuasive arguments.
Partner closely with paralegals, intake teams, and support staff to ensure smooth, on-schedule filings.
Practice Growth & Collaboration
Help grow and retain a book of corporate business, including scaling existing accounts.
Collaborate with a network of top-tier attorneys leveraging powerful internal technology, automations, and optimized workflows.
Contribute to an innovative, efficiency-driven practice that values clarity, adaptability, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
7+ years of focused corporate immigration practice, with extensive experience across PERMs, H-1Bs, L-1A/L-1Bs, E-2/E-3s, and extraordinary ability visa categories.
Strong history of advising and managing relationships with corporate clients, especially HR and people teams.
Demonstrated ability to own cases from intake through filing in a high-volume environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and diplomatically.
Deep understanding of U.S. immigration laws, regulations, and corporate workflows.
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and energized by a fast-growing, tech-forward practice.
Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Willing to undertake Arizona Bar admission.
Ability to work effectively in a remote, collaborative, and technology-enabled environment.
Compensation
Base salary: $150K–$200K
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $250K+
Discretionary bonus available, dependent on KPIs hit
