Role Overview
We are seeking a high-impact Contract Recruiter to support a surge in hiring demand across early-career consulting roles and healthcare IT talent, with a focus on Epic EMR experience. This individual will act as a true partner to the business—driving sourcing, managing pipelines, and delivering high-quality hires at speed.
Key Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for:
Early-career consultants (2–6 years’ experience)
Healthcare IT professionals with Epic EMR experience
Proactively source and engage candidates from top consulting firms and healthcare organizations
Build and manage high-volume, high-quality candidate pipelines
Partner closely with hiring managers and TA leadership to align on profiles, priorities, and hiring strategy
Screen candidates for both technical capability and consulting-style problem solving
Ensure a strong candidate experience and efficient process from outreach through offer
Track pipeline activity and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and market insights
Preferred Experience
5+ years of recruiting experience, with at least one of the following:
Management consulting recruiting (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, Bain, etc.)
Healthcare IT / Epic recruiting experience
Demonstrated success sourcing and closing passive candidates
Familiarity with Epic modules, certifications, or healthcare system environments is strongly preferred
Experience operating in high-demand, fast-paced environments with multiple open requisitions

Compensation
Competitive hourly rate: $55-$70/hour, based on experience
Duration: ~4 months with possibility of extension
