Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced Consulting Engineers (ACI) and Technical Leaders (ACI) to join a global team supporting Cisco network infrastructure projects. The role focuses on Cisco ACI, Nexus, and advanced data center technologies, providing configuration, troubleshooting, and delivery support to enterprise clients across LATAM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide expert-level configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support for Cisco ACI environments, including APIC.
Manage complex issues involving Nexus 2000/5000/7000/9000 series switches.
Support large-scale deployments involving NX-OS, vPC, FabricPath, VXLAN, and EVPN.
Collaborate with global engineering and customer delivery teams.
Participate in maintenance windows (may include up to two nights per week and/or two weekends per month).
Ensure consistent documentation, process adherence, and clear client communication.
Requirements:
5–7+ years of hands-on experience with Cisco ACI and Nexus platforms.
Deep understanding of APIC, vPC, FabricPath, VXLAN, and EVPN.
Strong operational and troubleshooting skills in NX-OS environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required).
Willingness to work flexible maintenance schedules.
Based in LATAM (excluding Mexico, Brazil, and Venezuela).
Ability to collaborate effectively in remote, global teams.
About the Position:
