Who you are

  • You are passionate about bringing Europe’s best clinician copilot to market in the UK and Ireland.

  • You have experience practicing as a medical doctor.

  • You have experience (2 years+) selling saas products to healthcare providers, resellers, or pharmaceutical companies.

  • You have a strong record of accomplishment of winning new business in both the private and public healthcare sectors.

  • You have a strong local network and a deep understanding of the health ecosystem.

  • You are driven by interacting with providers and EHR systems to understand their needs and see how Tandem can help improve healthcare delivery.

  • You are an insider in your market who understands the ecosystem across payors, providers, and system suppliers (e.g. EHRs).

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you’re engaged in a broad range of activities.

  • You want to work with other world-class people in an organization that is rapidly scaling, with the opportunity to learn about international healthcare.

  • Ultimately you are excited about changing healthcare for the better and digitally supporting healthcare systems to improve their operational capacity whilst improving the experience for healthcare professionals and patients.

What you will do

You will be focusing on:

  • Conquering the market - Work across the ecosystem and introduce Tandem to the public and private healthcare services in the UK and Ireland.

  • Develop proposals and deliver pitches to potential new clients.

  • Manage sales pipeline and close commercial deals.

  • Help build the local customer success team to onboard new customers, ensure they fully start to use Tandem, and continue to love the product.

  • Contribute to product development to make sure Tandem’s copilot is optimal for your market.

  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the market, competitor offerings and our differentiation.

Nice to have

  1. Experience of industry regulations in the medical device sectors and for AI in healthcare.

  2. Sales experience

  3. Previous startup experience.

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in London where you will work primarily in order to collaborate, connect, and build our culture.

This role will involve extensive travel to hospital sites across the UK to support deployments and work directly with clinicians. At times, you may be expected to spend extended periods on-site to ensure a smooth rollout. Regular trips to Stockholm to collaborate with the wider team are also part of the role.
