About The Role We're seeking a strategic operator to manage the lifecycle of our coaching community while driving operational excellence across our cross-functional coaching team. As the Coach Operations Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with our 1099 contract coaches, support their Mento journey, and implement initiatives that enhance both coach and member experiences while aligning with organizational goals Key Responsibilities: Coach Support &amp; Resources Serve as the primary point of contact for coach inquiries regarding Mento tools, member questions, logistics, and schedules Maintain and develop coach community resources Communicate strategic information about members and partners to drive coach success Operations &amp; Process Management Own the operational processes for coach onboarding, offboarding, and transitions Coordinate training schedules and logistics to optimize participation Design and implement scalable processes that enhance efficiency Talent Acquisition &amp; Development Oversee recruiting operations, adapting AI technologies to establish efficient processes Interview candidates to assess on culture fit, capacity, and growth mindset Create an always on candidate pipeline while prioritizing forecasted coach needs Partner with the Head of Coaching to develop scalable training formats to alleviate facilitation constraints and coach candidate availability Performance Analytics Organize and monitor coach performance metrics Use data storytelling to demonstrate impact and inform strategic decisions Implement feedback loops with the coach community Strategic Leadership Act as a thought partner in driving the coaching business forward Identify, implement, and measure key initiatives to improve coach experience &amp; NPS Collaborate cross-functionally to influence roadmap priorities Represent the coach perspective in product and process decisions Qualifications: Experience &amp; Education 7+ years experience in operations management, leadership development, or talent recruiting Bachelor's degree in relevant field; advanced degree a plus Experience successfully building relationships in a business environment Startup experience preferred Skills &amp; Competencies Exceptional organizational abilities with high attention to detail Strong communication skills with ability to navigate cross-functional collaboration Strategic planning and execution capabilities Analytical mindset with data-driven approach Problem-solving abilities with a solutions orientation approach Growth mindset with focus on continuous improvement Technical Proficiencies Excitement &amp; experience working with LLMs &amp; AI to drive innovation Familiarity with CRMs and project management tools (Hubspot experience a plus) Proficient in all G-Suite tools Why Work with Us?
