What you will be doing
• Define and execute the CMS vision and strategy, aligning with broader business objectives and gaming content needs
• Conduct market research and gather user feedback to prioritize features and guide product decisions
• Collaborate with game development teams, designers, and content creators to ensure seamless content workflows
• Work with engineering teams to translate requirements into development tasks and manage the product backlog
• Lead user testing initiatives to refine features and enhance CMS usability and performance
• Track key performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous product improvement

What we are looking for
• 3+ years of product management experience with CMS or related software products, preferably in gaming
• Strong knowledge of CMS platforms with understanding of core functionalities
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to translate business needs into technical actions
• Outstanding communication skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
• Genuine passion for gaming with insights into game mechanics and player behavior
