Positions: We have options for 1099 and W2. Therapists looking for 25+ hours a week have the option for W2 (includes 401k with up to 3.5% matching, comprehensive health, medical, vision insurance).

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults via telehealth (15 hours or more per week)
Conduct clinical assessments and intake evaluations using geriatric tools
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting strategies as needed
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with company policies (assisted by our AI-powered scribe)
Support clients through life transitions (retirement, bereavement, isolation) using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach
Participate in regular team meetings to ensure best practices
Support clients through therapy life transitions, such as retirement, loss of independence, or bereavement, using a compassionate and age-appropriate approach.
Qualifications
Ability to support the Sailor Health team on a contract, part-time, or full-time basis (at least 15 hours per week)
Degree in Clinical Psychology: either Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) in Clinical Psychology or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Clinical Psychology
Experience working with older adults strongly preferred
Proficient using electronic health records (EHR) and using delivering therapy via telehealth
