About the Role
As a Clinical Operations Specialist you will support the day-to-day operational needs of a remote behavioral health practice by onboarding and assisting clinical providers, managing schedules, and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. This role serves as a key point of contact for providers, helping troubleshoot systems, coordinate training, and streamline workflows in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Clinical Operations Specialist is highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator, with experience in healthcare or behavioral health operations and comfort working independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and execute the end-to-end provider onboarding process.
- Coordinate and maintain clinical provider scheduling and calendars.
- Develop, document, and optimize clinical operational workflows.

- Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements within clinical operations.
