You ll be the main point of contact for clients guiding them through the journey, supporting their progress, and ensuring they have an outstanding experience.In this dual role, you ll also keep our coaching team aligned, manage workflows, and improve systems so everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.What You ll Do :- Be the main contact for coaching clients check in regularly, answer questions, and cheer them on - Manage new client leads guide them through onboarding and next steps with clarity and care - Coordinate with coaches keep everyone updated and aligned on schedules, goals, and progress - Improve and automate systems streamline tasks and tools to enhance the client experience - Track progress and outcomes celebrate wins and help clients stay on track toward their career goalsRequirements Excellent communicator clear, friendly, and fast to respond Highly organized skilled at managing multiple moving parts and deadlines Tech-savvy comfortable with CRMs, email tools, and always looking to optimize workflows Client-focused genuinely cares about people and their professional growth Strong project management able to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and follow through Benefits Competitive salary.
