We are looking for a Chief of Staff to the Founder / CTO to help scale our fast-growing enterprise SaaS company at the intersection of ERP automation, AI agents, and large-scale enterprise software.

This role is designed for someone with both strong technical depth and business thinking - someone who can go deep into any function of the company, understand how it works, define what great looks like, and then help build the processes, systems, and AI agents to get there. You will work directly with the Founder (acting as CTO / CPO / CIO) and operate across engineering, product, AI, and company-level initiatives.

This is not a coordination role. This is a builder + operator + strategist role. It's an ideal role for someone who wants to become a Founder, CTO or VP Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and scale the engineering org: structure, hiring, processes

  • Align technical initiatives across engineering, product, and AI teams

  • Own cross-team programs (e.g. PLG platform, internal AI tooling, developer productivity)

  • Build new teams from scratch and transition them to long-term ownership

  • Remove management bottlenecks and drive execution on top company priorities

Requirements:

  • Degree in Computer Science or similar

  • 2+ years as a software engineer, then moved into consulting, product, or technical leadership

  • Strong grasp of both software architecture and business strategy

  • Fast learner who thrives on unstructured problems

  • Comfortable working directly with founders and C-level

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with AI, LLMs, or agentic systems

  • Background in enterprise SaaS or ERP automation

  • Track record of building engineering teams from zero

  • Prior CoS, technical PM, or founding engineer experience
