What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)

  • Lead the overall vision, strategy, and operations of a company or business unit

  • Build and inspire aligned, high-performance executive and cross-functional teams

  • Foster organizational cultures of trust, resilience, and authenticity

  • Represent the organization externally with integrity and vision

Who You Are

  • 6+ years of senior leadership experience, including CEO, President, COO, or General Manager roles with full P&L responsibility

  • Proven ability to scale organizations, drive strategic outcomes, and foster exceptional cultures

  • Skilled at navigating complexity, ambiguity, and transformational change

  • Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building organizations that thrive internally and externally

  • Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others

  • Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development
