What You Might Do (depending on the opportunity)
Lead the overall vision, strategy, and operations of a company or business unit
Build and inspire aligned, high-performance executive and cross-functional teams
Drive sustainable growth while anchoring decisions in values, impact, and long-term stewardship
Foster organizational cultures of trust, resilience, and authenticity
Represent the organization externally with integrity and vision
Integrate inner work values such as presence, reflection, and emotional intelligence into leadership practices

Who You Are
6+ years of senior leadership experience, including CEO, President, COO, or General Manager roles with full P&L responsibility
Proven ability to scale organizations, drive strategic outcomes, and foster exceptional cultures
Skilled at navigating complexity, ambiguity, and transformational change
Values-driven, growth-oriented, and passionate about building organizations that thrive internally and externally
Your life demonstrates commitment to personal development, self-awareness, and understanding others
Interested in a deeper integration between your personal and professional development

Prior experience leading conscious organizations or values-driven companies
