We are searching for a Care Team Program Manager or Senior Care Team Program Manager. This role brings operational discipline and execution rigor to clinical leadership, translating care priorities into structured programs while owning resource allocation and prioritization decisions that keep clinical initiatives on track. You'll serve as the operational counterpart to clinical leadership, enabling them to focus on clinical strategy and care quality while you drive the execution engine. Reporting to the Chief Medical Officer this role serves as the operational thought partner to clinical leadership, the person who ensures care priorities translate into executed programs. You'll work at the intersection of care strategy and operational execution, with direct authority over clinical project resources and timelines.
Responsibilities:
Care Program & Project Leadership
Own end-to-end project management for high-priority care initiatives, from scoping and planning through execution, launch, and post-implementation evaluation
Act as the single point of coordination across care projects, maintaining a full view of active and upcoming initiatives, dependencies, and resourcing needs
Translate care priorities into clear project plans, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with operational and business objectives
Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and tradeoffs, escalating decisions as needed to keep work moving forward
Cross-Functional & Interdisciplinary Collaboration
Serve as the clinical stakeholder and advisor on cross-functional initiatives led by other teams (Product, Ops, Marketing), ensuring clinical considerations are integrated appropriately
Scope and integrate multidisciplinary collaboration models, particularly between coaching, therapy, psychiatry, and hybrid clinic service lines
Drive consistent integration of collaboration elements into daily care team workflows and meetings
Facilitate strong partnerships that enhance care quality, clinician support, and patient outcomes
Operational Excellence & Visibility
Establish lightweight but effective project management frameworks that work in a fast-moving care environment
Create visibility into care project status, priorities, and outcomes for executive and care leadership
Serve as the DRI (Directly Responsible Individual) for clinical initiative execution, accountable for on-time delivery and outcomes
Prioritize and sequence clinical projects when capacity constraints or competing timelines arise
Priority Care Initiatives & Program Execution
Lead planning, scoping, and execution of high-priority care initiatives including: daytime and summer utilization programs, multidisciplinary care integration, care quality enablement (e.g., AI tools), and clinician engagement efforts
Ensure initiatives are resourced appropriately, delivered on time, and aligned with care, operational, and business goals
Requirements:
6+ years of experience in senior program/operations management within healthcare, digital health, care operations, or similarly complex, cross-functional environments
Nice to Have: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with competing priorities
Strong comfort partnering with senior care and care operations leaders and influencing without direct authority
Experience translating ambiguous, evolving care needs into structured operational processes
Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth, venture-backed environment strongly preferred
Experience partnering with C-suite or VP-level clinical leaders as an operational thought partner
Clinical background not required; ability to quickly learn and operate effectively in care settings is essential

In compliance with the Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the annual base salary range for applicants is $120,000-$180,000.
