Full Job Description

💼 Care Navigator (Patient Growth) — Latin America

About Gaia

Everyone who wants a family should have the chance to try. For the 1 in 6 families that struggle to conceive, fertility treatments are an option — but they are expensive. Gaia created the smartest way to pay for IVF, giving more people the financial freedom to pursue treatment. Because the difference between having a child or not should never be how wealthy you are.

The Role

From the first moment someone considers Gaia, our goal is to offer clarity, care — and a clear path forward. That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a Care Navigator (Patient Growth) based in Latin America to connect with, qualify, and convert new patients exploring Gaia for their fertility journey.

You’ll be the first human touchpoint for prospective members, blending empathy with commercial drive to guide them through their first steps — from initial curiosity to a booked consultation.

This is a high-impact, customer support and sales-focused role that combines purpose and performance. You’ll help people take one of the most important steps of their lives, while driving the growth of Gaia’s member base across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a marketing pipeline of U.S.-based Gaia prospects.

  • Qualify inbound leads and proactively engage new prospects via outbound calls, email, and chat.

  • Guide top-of-funnel inbound leads to the right Gaia partner clinic, answer their questions, and move them through the funnel.

  • Convert qualified leads into booked clinic consultations and initial calls with the Member Growth Team.

  • Hit and exceed weekly and monthly targets across conversion rates, booking volumes, and follow-up SLAs.

  • Track, document, and report all lead activity in CRM systems to ensure visibility and accuracy.

  • Partner closely with Marketing & Product to optimize lead quality, conversion rates, and messaging effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with fertility clinic partners to ensure a seamless handoff from interest to consultation, to diagnostic testing.

  • Identify new opportunities to expand Gaia’s reach and accelerate pipeline growth.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • 1+ year of experience in a sales, business development, or lead qualification role (required).

  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining an empathetic, member-first approach.

  • Experience in healthcare, fertility, or patient engagement (nice to have).

  • Empathetic communicator who can build trust with people navigating emotional or sensitive decisions.

  • Self-starter comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

  • Organized multitasker — capable of managing many active conversations simultaneously.

  • Based in Latin America with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Why Gaia

This isn’t just another sales role — it’s an opportunity to help more families access fertility care while building a fast-growing, mission-led business. You’ll be at the heart of how Gaia reaches new patients, expands our impact, and transforms fertility financing for good.

Compensation:

  • $30,000 USD/year

  • 30+ days of paid annual leave per year
