Kyra is now entering its next phase of growth, expanding its technology platform built on a decade of proprietary data, enterprise relationships and deep category expertise. The platform enables brands and agencies to plan, execute and measure influencer marketing at scale. It is AI-native, subscription-based, and designed for organisations investing significantly in creator marketing.

As Campaign Manager, you’ll be the engine that powers Kyra’s creator campaigns from start to finish. You’ll manage day-to-day campaign delivery, ensuring that everything runs on time, on budget, and to the highest creative standard. From briefing creators to reporting back to clients, you’ll bring structure, energy, and problem-solving to every campaign you touch.
This is UGC + performance (paid ads), not traditional influencer campaigns, creators produce multiple asset variations (hooks, formats, CTAs).
What You’ll Be Doing
📋 Campaign Management
Own day-to-day management of UGC + performance (paid ads) campaigns across multiple brands
Oversee campaign timelines, budgets, deliverables, and approvals
Be the main point of contact for creators, clients, and internal teams
🎯 Client Service
Build trusted relationships with clients by delivering clear, proactive communication
Anticipate client needs and ensure campaigns exceed expectations
🤝 Creator Collaboration
Paid ads best practices (Meta/TikTok)
Source, brief, and manage creators throughout campaign lifecycles
Ensure content meets brand guidelines, cultural nuance, and campaign objectives
📊 Reporting & Optimisation
Creative performance analysis (hooks, formats, creators) and feedback loop into new content iterations
Track campaign performance using Kyra’s proprietary platform and analytics tools
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for future campaigns
What You Bring
📐 Experience & Skills
3-4 yrs experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or campaign/project management ideally working with fashion brands.
Paid social creative experience (Meta/TikTok)
UGC / Maker platform experience
High-volume asset production experience
Creative testing mindset (multiple variations)
You're a hands-on self-starter expected to take full ownership of the project with strong organisational prioritizations skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at speed
Confident communicator who can manage stakeholders with ease
🌍 Industry Knowledge
Strong cultural competency and knowledge of trends for UK/Europe market
Understanding of social media platforms, creator culture, and digital marketing
Passion for the creator economy and emerging cultural trends
