Full Job Description

Build something monumental for Healthcare!

At Tandem Health we’re reimagining healthcare by putting clinicians first. Our platform - designed by clinicians, for clinicians - is built on deep insight into real-world pain points, with intuitive medical notes and workflows that truly support patient care.

We’re a fast-scaling health-tech company backed by top investors and expanding globally. We move fast, stay curious, and believe building something that matters starts with an extraordinary team. If you're passionate about impact and innovation, we'd love to meet you!

Who you are

  • You are excited about bringing Tandem Health AI to GP care in the Netherlands.

  • You have 2+ years of experience in a commercial role (BDR/SDR/inside sales), ideally within healthtech or SaaS.

  • You’re comfortable working with structured outreach and KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked, pipeline hygiene).

  • You’re energised by engaging with stakeholders at all levels within care groups (“zorggroepen”) - from leadership to operational representatives - as well as practice managers, GPs, and assistants.

  • You’re organised and persistent: you follow up, unblock, and keep momentum across dozens of practices.

  • You communicate clearly in Dutch and English (written and spoken).

  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment and love learning by doing.

What you will do

  • Drive adoption within contracted care groups: our agreements may be at group level — you’ll help onboard and activate individual GP practices.

  • Map and manage stakeholders: identify decision makers and influencers within each practice and the care group.

  • Run structured outreach: sequence-based emailing/calling, follow-ups, meeting scheduling, and event support.

  • Support onboarding coordination: ensure practices are prepared for rollout (logistics, training times, identifying champions).

  • Maintain a clean pipeline: keep CRM up to date and report weekly on adoption progress and blockers.

  • Collect feedback from the field: capture common objections, workflow needs, and product insights to share with the team.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into Dutch primary care, care groups, or healthtech.

  • Familiarity with EHR workflows in GP settings.

  • Experience supporting rollouts/adoption (not just net-new sales).

Location

We believe the best ideas happen when we’re together. This is a full-time role based in Leiden, the Netherlands.

What you will get

  • The opportunity to grow your career while making a meaningful impact on the future of healthcare within a fast-growing European healthtech scale-up

  • Competitive salary

  • Regular team outings and social events

  • A dog-friendly office
