What you will do:

  • Prospect into ICP accounts using cold calls, email sequences, and buyer signals to generate new opportunities

  • Book qualified meetings that hold and align with the right personas (creative, marketing, IT, operations)

  • Maintain 200+ daily dials using Nooks and execute structured multi-touch outbound sequences

  • Respond quickly and effectively to inbound demo requests and convert them into held meetings

  • Handle objections confidently and create curiosity in short, high-impact conversations

  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Strategic Account Directors, Marketing, and RevOps to ensure smooth handoffs and accurate CRM hygiene

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of outbound prospecting or cold-calling experience (BDR/SDR or similar role)

  • Proven experience handling live objections and booking meetings over the phone

  • Comfortable making 200+ dials per day in a high-activity environment

  • Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to create curiosity quickly

  • Resilience and emotional stability under rejection

  • Self-motivated and able to perform independently in a remote environment

  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with tools such as ZoomInfo, Nooks, or similar dialers

  • Experience prospecting into creative, marketing, media, AEC, or IT personas

  • Experience in a fast-paced startup or high-growth environment

Interview process:

  1. Recruiter screening conversation

  2. Hiring Manager interview (including a short live mock call)

  3. Interview with Sales Leadership

  4. Final mock call with Enablement and Hiring Manager (prep materials provided in advance)

The mock call is a key part of the process — we want to see how you think, communicate, and handle objections in real time.
