Business Analyst/ Business Consultant (m/f/d)

We support our customers in making buildings more climate-friendly, more comfortable and more affordable — with connected real estate, simple products and high processing and service quality. We provide our customers with efficient, tailored processes and applications for operating IoT infrastructures in real estate, as well as our flexible Enterprise-IoT-Suite, in which we manage data from many millions of sensors into intelligent products and services.With a team of product and IT experts, the future position holder will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Leading Discovery-initiatives to develop strategic product requirements for our bxSuite and hand them over to the Product Delivery
• Analyzing requirements for the product portfolio and corresponding decision-making processes in close collaboration with your stakeholders
• In consolidation with the Product Owner and the Product Lead, you are responsible for design process improvements
• Prepare and implement evidence-based decisions
• Taking responsibility for projects to improve our product portfolio
• Initiating activities to increase product and process quality at beyonnex
• Needs analyses to expand the functionalities of the bx.suite

We are searching for a motivated candidate with following qualifications:

• Very good understanding of business processes and impact on IT solutions
• Strong experience in process management and engineering
• Very good understanding of analyzing data and gain meaningful insights
• Conceptual thinking and a very independent way of working
• You have excellent communication skills in German and English (C1-Level)
