Role Overview
This is an on-site hospitality role at Tommy's Brewing Company's new taproom in Chaguanas, Trinidad and Tobago. Positions include Floor Supervisor (FOH), Kitchen Supervisor, and Sous Chef (BOH). Day-to-day responsibilities involve managing front-of-house or back-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service, supervising staff, and maintaining quality standards. The roles are hands-on and require passion for craft beer and local food.
