About the Role
We are looking for a Digital-First Brand Marketing Manager to lead our next phase of growth. You will bridge the gap between deep consumer insights and high-impact creative execution, ensuring that our brand is not only seen but preferred by professionals globally. Core Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & GTM Leadership: Lead the end-to-end execution of Go-to-Market plans for new product launches and category expansions. You will take a brief from a business goal to a fully realized, multi-channel campaign.
Consumer Insights & Positioning: Conduct deep-dive research to uncover the "why" behind consumer behaviour. Translate these insights into sharp positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
Campaign and Creative Conceptualisation: Partner with internal creative teams and external agencies to build thumb-stopping digital campaigns and content.
