Intake Specialist with Medical Records Experience Job description: We are seeking a highly organized and compassionate Bilingual Intake Specialist (Spanish/English) to serve as the first point of contact for prospective clients in a fastpaced personal injury law firm. This role is critical in delivering exceptional client service, gathering key case information, and ensuring qualified leads are efficiently onboarded. The ideal candidate is personable, detail-oriented, and experienced in handling highvolume inbound and outbound communications, with a strong ability to build trust with clients during stressful situations. Shift: Weekdays (Night Coverage) 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM Weekend Coverage 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM PST Responsabilities: Answer inbound calls, web inquiries, and chat requests from potential clients in both English and Spanish · Conduct initial client screenings to determine case eligibility (auto accidents, slip & fall, premises liability, etc.) · Accurately gather and document detailed case information into the firm’s CRM/case management system · Clearly explain the intake process, next steps, and required documentation to clients · Schedule consultations and retainers with attorneys or case managers · Follow up with prospective clients to secure signed agreements and required information · Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with legal and ethical standards · Provide empathetic, professional communication to clients experiencing distress or injury · Collaborate with attorneys and case staff to ensure smooth case handoff · Meet or exceed daily/weekly intake and conversion metrics
