We are seeking a Healthcare Customer Relations Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will provide compassionate, high-quality support to patients and health plan members across a variety of channels. Working from the comfort of your home, you will assist with appointment scheduling, plan enrollment, and general inquiries, ensuring each interaction reflects empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.
