🧠 What You’ll Do

  • Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy

  • Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA

  • Track and document client progress

  • Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings

  • Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families

🌱 What You Bring

  • High school diploma (or equivalent)

  • Experience working with children

  • A passion for helping children with special needs succeed

  • Reliable transportation

  • RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)

  • Active CPR certification

💪 Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor

  • Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
