🧠 What You’ll Do
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy
Implement behavior plans designed by a BCBA
Track and document client progress
Collaborate in supervision sessions and team meetings
Build strong, supportive relationships with clients and families
🌱 What You Bring
High school diploma (or equivalent)
Experience working with children
A passion for helping children with special needs succeed
Reliable transportation
RBT/CBT certification (or 40-hour RBT training completed; exam pending is okay!)
Active CPR certification
💪 Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Comfortable kneeling, squatting, crawling, and sitting on the floor
Willingness to actively engage in play and movement with children
