About the Role

Atomic ABA is seeking passionate and dedicated Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join a supportive and growing ABA practice. This is a great opportunity for professionals who are excited to provide meaningful, individualized care and thrive in a collaborative clinical environment.

We have current openings in Los Alamos, NM. The position offers full-time OR part-time hours with a flexible schedule, making it an excellent opportunity for students studying ABA or related fields.

BTs play a critical role in delivering high-quality behavior therapy to children and families. You’ll work closely with a supervising BCBA to implement treatment plans and help clients build essential skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy to children in-home, clinic, or community settings

  • Implement behavior intervention plans developed by a BCBA

  • Collect and document accurate data on client progress

  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing training

  • Communicate professionally with families and team members

Qualifications

  • 40 Hours of RBT Training Completed (Preferred) or willingness to complete prior to starting

  • Active CPR certification (Preferred)

  • Experience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fields

  • Strong communication, reliability, and professionalism

  • A compassionate and patient approach to care

  • Ability to pass background checks and meet other compliance requirements
