The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in building scalable backend systems, APIs, and microservices architecture. The role requires the ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain backend services using GoLang and Python Build and optimize RESTful or gRPC APIs for high-performance applications Implement scalable, secure, and fault-tolerant microservices Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code Work closely with frontend, DevOps, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices Debug production issues and improve application performance Integrate with databases, third-party services, and cloud platforms Required Skills & Qualifications Strong hands-on experience in GoLang and Python Experience building REST APIs / gRPC services Good understanding of microservices architecture and distributed systems Knowledge of PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or NoSQL databases Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure) Proficiency in Git and collaborative development workflows Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and problem solving Nice to Have Experience with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS, etc.) Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets, or event-driven architecture Hands-on with unit testing & integration testing frameworks Knowledge of async programming in Go or Python Experience in high-traffic / large-scale application development Why Join Us?
