We are seeking an experienced, A-Player professional to join our elite team! We’re looking for someone who can design and implement advanced automation systems that streamline operations and provide actionable insights across payroll, sales, leads, and more. Process Automation
✔ Proven track record building integrated systems for payroll, sales commission tracking, sales lead tracking, sales call analysis, Carfax reporting, and job tracking.
Preferred Qualifications:
✔ Experience with N8N
✔ SQL & data management
✔ Reporting and dashboard creation
Bonus Skills:
✔ Graphic design
✔ Funnel building / lead generation experience
✔ AI agent experience
✔ Delphi experience
Job Responsibilities:
• Design, implement, and maintain integrated automation systems across sales, payroll, and operations.
• Build dashboards and reports to track KPIs, sales leads, commissions, and operational performance.
• Connect multiple platforms (GHL, Notion, Zapier, Webhooks, Meta Pixel, and others) into seamless workflows.
• Audit, troubleshoot, and optimize existing processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify areas for automation and operational improvement.
• Train and support team members on using automated systems and dashboards.
