About the Role:
Cove ABA (empowered by Finni Health) is seeking dedicated ABA Therapists, Behavior Technicians (BT), or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver in-home therapy to children with autism, specializing in early intervention for ages 2-6. Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes

  • Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision

  • Collect and record therapy data to measure progress towards treatment goals


Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience working with children ages 2-6 is required

  • Experience or willingness to work with clients exhibiting high-aggression behaviors (such as teens with severe behaviors and crisis management)

  • Reliable transportation and ability to commute to clients’ homes

  • Active RBT and CPR certification preferred (training available if you’re not certified yet)

  • Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course within the designated timeframe

  • Ability to pass a background check

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States


Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to kneel, squat, sit, and stand for extended periods

  • Work on the floor or standing, as sessions require
