Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in clients’ homes
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
Collect and record therapy data to measure progress towards treatment goals
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience working with children ages 2-6 is required
Experience or willingness to work with clients exhibiting high-aggression behaviors (such as teens with severe behaviors and crisis management)
Reliable transportation and ability to commute to clients’ homes
Active RBT and CPR certification preferred (training available if you’re not certified yet)
Completion of a 40-hour RBT training course within the designated timeframe
Ability to pass a background check
Must be eligible to work in the United States
Physical Requirements:
Ability to kneel, squat, sit, and stand for extended periods
Work on the floor or standing, as sessions require
