Full Job Description

Tangible is a fast-growing, tech-driven platform providing liquidity solutions to LPs and GPs in the private-markets secondaries space. By combining deep sector expertise with modern infrastructure, we unlock liquidity across private equity, private credit, and real assets, transforming the industry and enabling investors to move faster and smarter. We are looking for an Analyst to join our deal team and work on some of the most dynamic transactions in private markets. You ll gain hands-on exposure across every stage of a secondary process, working directly with senior team members and clients. As a high growth firm, we value people who are resourceful, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working independently. This role is open to full-time contractors in India who can work standard Central European Time (CET) hours, with preference for candidates based in Mumbai. Tasks Build and maintain financial models (fund and asset-level). Analyze portfolios, review data rooms, and prepare valuation materials. Draft marketing documents and client presentations. Support execution and project management across live deals. Collaborate with the platform/tech team to enhance workflows. Requirements 1 2 years experience in investment banking, consulting, Big 4, or strong internships. Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills. Entrepreneurial mindset: ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems with strong attention to detail. Interest in private equity and secondary markets. Thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - flexible, proactive, and self-directed.
