Key Responsibilities
Build AI growth workflows using AirOps for strategic enterprise customers while establishing scalable best practices and templates that can be leveraged across the team
Recruit, hire, onboard, and coach a team of AI Solutions Architects, evolving our services delivery playbook and resourcing model
Own customer success metrics and expansion revenue targets across your team's accounts; analyze trends and report insights to the Executive team
Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to influence roadmap and build strategic workflows aligned to customer needs and market opportunities
Drive executive relationships with key accounts through QBRs, architectural reviews, and strategic planning on complex implementations
Experience
4+ years experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Account Management, Product, or similar technical leadership role at a high-growth B2B SaaS startup; we 💚 former (or future aspiring) founders
Deep experience with LLMs and AI techniques, including prompt engineering and production deployments, plus expert-level workflow automation (Zapier, etc.)
Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions and excellent project management skills using tools like Linear, Airtable, and Asana
Superb written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and executive customers
