Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and a proven track record in staff augmentation, agile team delivery, and recruitment models. This role is critical to nurturing and growing a portfolio of key U.S. accounts, acting as both strategic advisor and commercial driver. You will lead account planning, collaborate closely with delivery and talent teams, and be responsible for creating proposals, pitching to new clients, and expanding account value. The ideal candidate brings a tech-savvy background, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for solving complex client needs with creative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of high-value U.S.-based accounts.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.

  • Lead the preparation of proposals, scopes, and commercial pitches in coordination with the sales and delivery teams.

  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and lead strategic account planning.

  • Partner with talent and delivery teams to ensure optimal alignment of resources to client needs.

  • Manage and mentor one Client Operations Executive to support account activity.

  • Maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders, understanding their business goals and technical needs.

  • Travel to the U.S. as needed for client visits, onboarding, and relationship development.

  • Report on account performance, forecasting, and metrics with data-driven insights.

Qualifications and Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Client Services, Account Management, or Sales in the tech or outsourcing/staff augmentation industry.

  • Demonstrated experience working with Neashoring hubs, gile delivery models, nearshore teams, and recruitment-based services.

  • Prior experience managing U.S.-based accounts or working for U.S. clients is required.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is a must.

  • Strong numerical aptitude; confident handling revenue forecasts, rate negotiations, and performance metrics.

  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset; comfortable with ambiguity and solution-oriented.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence.

  • Willingness and ability to travel internationally to meet with clients.
